Worcester Solar Heating Ltd came to us to help them improve the efficiency of their IT systems and manage the large number of orders that they were receiving for their new heating solutions.
"Because we also fit a large number of conventional heating systems and often at a moment's notice we have to manage our resources very carefully" Darren Stockall, Managing Director told us. When a customer contacts us needing a new heating system installed the following day because they have no hot water, if I can do it I will get the business, if I can't then my competitors will get the business - it is as simple as that. Price doesn't come into it when someone hasn't had a bath in two days!"
We worked closely with Darren and his team to build a solution that relied heavily on managing his team and stock remotely. This meant that the system could allocate resources automatically based on last minute changes, it was then easy for Darren to know with confidence that he could meet the customer's requirements.
