A good salary

We try and pay just a bit below the average when you first start, but then make a point of increasing it regularly. We do this because we don't want to attract those people that just want a big salary and then don't want to work for it! Instead we feel that you should prove to us you can do the job and we will reward you by increasing your salary - we typically look to increase your salary 2-3 times per year providing you put the time and effort in.

Training and time to train

We want you to get better and that means we need to train you and of course give you the time to train. You can expect time off to study at home or free time in the office to work on your knowledge. We hold regular team training events where we focus on specific technical topics as well as ways to improve your productivity.

As much tea as you can consume

Actually that also applies to coffee as well! We have unlimited amounts of hot water, tea, coffee and milk so you will never go without. We also ensure that you have a ready supply of fresh fruit to keep you feeling healthy - after all we don't want you getting ill.
